Usual required documents
Each country can ask for more or fewer documents. The country page shows its own list.
- Passport copy Required *Clear copy of the photo page. Valid for at least 6 months after travel, with 2 blank pages.
- Personal photo Required *Recent colour photo with a white background and the face fully visible. Usual size 35 × 45 mm.
- Iqama / Residence card copy Front and back of your Iqama or residence card.
- Bank statement Last 6 months, stamped by the bank and showing your name.
- Employment letter or salary certificate From your employer, showing your job title, salary and approved leave dates.
- Hotel booking Confirmed booking for the whole stay.
- Flight reservation Return or onward flight reservation.
- Travel medical insurance Covers the whole stay and meets the destination's minimum cover.
- Invitation letter From your host or the inviting company, with their address and contact details.
